Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Market Research Analyst to join our team at UniversalHCR.org. As a Market Research Analyst, you will play a crucial role in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide valuable insights that will inform our advocacy efforts and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Market Research: Design and execute market research projects to gather data on healthcare policies, public perception of universal healthcare, and key trends in the healthcare industry.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data using various research methods. Interpret findings and present actionable insights to the leadership team.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze activities of other organizations in the healthcare advocacy space. Provide insights into competitive positioning, messaging, and strategies.
- Stakeholder Mapping: Identify and analyze key stakeholders, including policymakers, influencers, and potential partners. Develop a comprehensive understanding of their perspectives and preferences.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on global healthcare trends, policy changes, and emerging issues. Provide regular updates to the team on relevant developments.
- Survey Design and Implementation: Design and execute surveys to gather opinions and feedback from the target audience. Analyze survey data to extract meaningful insights.
- Reporting and Presentation: Create detailed reports and presentations summarizing research findings. Clearly communicate insights to internal stakeholders and contribute to strategic decision-making.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including communications, advocacy, and strategy, to align research findings with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in market research, preferably in the healthcare or advocacy sector.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in using survey tools and statistical analysis software.
